This is the same property after we installed a
border of windsor blocks to define the beds and
redirect run-off around the home. Doing the
landscaping in stages makes it affordable to
make a big impression in your landscape.
This is an example of a low deck and small patio
space that we installed a couple of years ago. It
expanded their living space while not breaking
the bank.
A drainage solution for this front yard involved
installing a planting bed along the front of house
with a drystack flagstone walkway and patio that
redirects rain run-off around the home. Correcting
the slope around the home and installing drainage
tile helped to prevent any further leaks in the
residents basement.
Here we rebuilt a degraded retaining wall of
railroad timbers for a local residence with new
timbers. Five years later it is still as true as the
day it was built.
This was a very affordable pebble patio project
lined with a red brick border. A slight grade
change was accomplished with a pressure
treated timber wall.

A dry-stacked walkway allows rain water
to infiltrate the ground rather than just
displacing the rain water run-off into the
streets and storm drains. Using sand
instead of mortar between stones allows
for some settling while minimizing cracks
or damage to the stones or the grout
which often leads to costly repairs.
This dry-stack flagstone walkway doubles
as extra parking for guests at this local
residence. The homes craftsman style lead
to the design of an intricate slate path that
not only directs the flow of foot traffic but
also provides a prapared parking surface
for guests' vehicles.
The Green Team can also provide many other
essential home services around your property.
Exterioir pressure washing, fresh porch paint
and updated outdoor lighting spruced up this
otherwise neglected deck.
